Fishing at Candy Corner Fisheries
The four lakes at Candy Corner Fisheries are
extremely well stocked, offering great match fishing and pleasure fishing
opportunities.
AJs is stocked with Carp up to 30lb, Tench, Golden Tench, Bream, Chubb,
Roach, Perch, Rudd, Golden Rudd, Barbel, Ide, Gugdeon, Crucian Carp, Ghost
Carp and Koi Carp.
Hoskers is stocked with Carp up to 15lb, Bream, Ide, Roach, Tench, Golden
Tench, Crucian Carp, Koi Carp and Ghost Carp.
Jakes is stocked with Carp up to 18lb, Crucian Carp, Barbel, Tench, Golden
Tench, Rudd, Orfe, Blue Orfe, Ide and Roach.
BAs is stocked with Carp up to 5lb, Crucian Carp, Ghost Carp, Golden
Tench, Orfe and Ide.

Day tickets: £5 / £4 (concessions)
Match pegs: £6

Rules and Regulations
- BAIT BANS –Bread, Bloodworm, Jokers, Boillies, Hemp, Nuts, Seeds
and Cat or Dog foods.
- BAITS ALLOWED – Pellets, Maggot , Castor, Earth Worm, Luncheon
meat, Sweet corn, Cheese, Prawns, Cockles, Mussels.
- All keep nets and landing nets must be dipped before approaching a
peg
- Barbless hooks ONLY (Max hook size allowed is 12)
- NO Braid.
- NO floating baits or floating poles (a float should always be present).
- NO elasticated or fixed feeders
- Candy Corner Feed pellets only
- Ground baits must be cupped in or in a feeder (No ground bait on HOSKERS)
- Max pole length is 13 meters
- Left over bait MUST NOT be thrown in the lakes after fishing.
- Landing nets to be used for ALL fish
- NO tins of any description allowed on pegs, bait boxes or plastic
tubs MUST be used
- Under 16 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times
- NO pets allowed
- NO littering
Health and Safety
- Please note you must conduct yourself in a professional manner at
all times
- You must park and drive to the restrictions identified on the site
notices.
- You must wear sensible footwear at all times
- In the event of an accident or incident to yourself you must fill
in an accident form before leaving the site, or nominate an agent to
do it for you
- In the event of finding a fire or someone in the water you must sound
the alarm triangles, these are situated around all of our lakes alongside
life ring stations
- Should you or anyone else require first aid the owner can supply a
first aid box, please be aware that no staff on site can administer
first aid. You or your match organiser should make arrangements for
this.
The health and safety policy and risk assessment are available on site for your inspection.
Please be aware that all clubs or syndicates should have and be responsible for their own Public Liability Insurance.
